Introduction to Meditation

Japa meditation is a practice of repeating a mantra— a sacred word or phrase— to focus the mind and cultivate inner peace. Often done with the help of prayer beads (mala), this meditation technique helps increase concentration, reduce stress, and deepen spiritual awareness. It can be practiced by anyone seeking a simple and powerful way to quiet the mind and connect with a deeper sense of presence.
